This custom deck and waterproofed concrete patio project created a functional, multi-level outdoor living space designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The Existing Space
The home lacked a cohesive outdoor setup, with no defined connection between upper and lower levels. The outdoor area did not fully maximize the available space for entertaining or everyday use.

A staircase was installed to connect the deck to the ground level, leading to a newly finished concrete patio below. The patio was fully waterproofed to ensure long-term durability and resistance to the elements, making it a reliable and low-maintenance outdoor surface.
Together, the upper deck and lower patio create a cohesive, multi-level layout that enhances both form and function.
