Project Overview
This large-scale home renovation in Charlotte, NC transformed multiple areas of the home into a cohesive, modern living space. Brigmon Construction completed a full kitchen remodel, opened up the living area, added a fireplace, and renovated three bathrooms, delivering a complete top-to-bottom upgrade.
The Existing Space
The home featured a closed-off layout with outdated finishes and limited flow between key living areas. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms all required significant updates to meet modern standards and the homeowner’s vision.
The Challenge
- Closed-off kitchen and living room layout
- Outdated finishes throughout the home
- Multiple bathrooms in need of full renovation
- Need for a cohesive design across all spaces
- Full electrical, flooring, and finishing updates required
The goal was to modernize the home while improving flow, functionality, and overall aesthetic.
The Solution
Brigmon Construction executed a full renovation, starting with a complete kitchen remodel that now flows seamlessly into an open living room. The new layout enhances both everyday living and entertaining, anchored by a newly installed fireplace that creates a strong focal point.
Three bathrooms were fully renovated from the ground up, incorporating updated layouts, fixtures, and finishes. New flooring was installed throughout the home to unify the design, while fresh paint and electrical upgrades completed the transformation.
Every aspect of the project was handled from start to finish, ensuring a consistent level of quality and craftsmanship across all areas of the home.
